A few tips for your first Aerial experience:
Wear a shirt that covers your underarms.(a t-shirt or 3/4 length shirt works well)
Avoid using lotion or sunscreen prior to class; the scent will stay in the fabric
Please leave jewelry, belts or any clothing with sharp points or zippers on it at home; these can potentially tear the hammocks.
Lose fitting baggy shorts are not recommended.
Please trim fingernails and toenails prior to workshop; they can snag and tear the fabric.
Observe good personal hygiene in consideration of the next person using the hammock.
