COVID-19 NOTICE For the health and safety of our students and teachers, YRR will temporarily suspend in-person classes due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our wish was to stay open and support you during these times, however, it would be impossible based on the most recent stay-at-home mandates from State Public Health authorities.
We want to take a moment to remind people to be kind to each other. Remember that much of the advice around hygiene and social distancing is meant to protect others around us, especially vulnerable ones. Please watch for upcoming Zoom classes being offered on our Facebook page.
This is also a gentle reminder to take care of yourself, stay hydrated and move as much as you can. Check up on your friends and family, and share your appreciation for them. Please tend to your physical and mental health. Breathe. Stay present. Use your wisdom. Stay moving- wherever you are.
